14 Days In January, 2014 - Charles River, Cambridge, MA, USA
What a difference a day can make…
This body of work was made along the Cambridge side of the Charles River over a period of fourteen days in January 2014. This is an outgrowth of my previous work along this same stretch of the River, exploring variations in light, color texture and mood. As in the previous project, it is inspired by Hokusai’s series of woodblock prints, 36 Views of Mount Fuji.
To start, here are my “front and back covers” for the work; two photographs made at the beginning and end of this project. I will be filling in the collection with small galleries representing the remarkable changes in the river over such a short period of time.
You will be able to find the galleries at http://www.flashdashbulb.com/f909901858
