14 Days In January, 2014 - Charles River, Cambridge, MA, USA
What a difference a day can make…
Water; a deep inky blue, very still, reflecting an overcast night sky.
Ripples of water in the melting ice due to rapidly varying temperatures.
It's still quite a cold night, but quiet, deeply moody and calm.
This body of work was made along the Cambridge side of the Charles River over a period of fourteen days in January 2014. This is an outgrowth of my previous work along this same stretch of the River, exploring variations in light, color texture and mood.
