14 Days In January, 2014 - Charles River, Cambridge, MA, USA
What a difference a day can make…
Storm clouds roll in on a beautiful moonlit night.
The river ice has a soft sheen, reflecting the bright light of the moon.
When the sky is stormy, the river is often calm, even tonight that’s true.
This body of work was made along the Cambridge side of the Charles River over a period of fourteen days in January 2014. This is an outgrowth of my previous work along this same stretch of the River, exploring variations in light, color texture and mood.
