14 Days In January, 2014 - Charles River, Cambridge, MA, USA
What a difference a day can make…
I’ve long been drawn to view of the Longfellow Bridge from the lower basin.
The bridge’s mercury vapor lights cast a green glow on the easterly side.
A surprisingly wild riot of colors, with additional violets, blues and yellows.
This body of work was made along the Cambridge side of the Charles River over a period of fourteen days in January 2014. This is an outgrowth of my previous work along this same stretch of the River, exploring variations in light, color texture and mood.
