I made these photographs as a participant in the "Real Time Art Show" at Figment, 2011, on the Rose Kennedy Greenway In Boston, MA, USA on June 4-5, 2011. You can see my post of 07/21/2012 for details about Figment and the Real Time Art Show
Story Box, by Bethany Patten is a simple idea, but the effect is a suprisingly intimate and moving experience. What began as a Kickstarter Project that was successfully funded in 2010, Story Box "aims to intervene in our busy world, to bring everyone's personal narratives into the community realm. By creating a venue for us to interactively and anonymously share our stories, and actively engaging participants in the role of both speaker and listener, Story Box will help create a greater sense of connectedness - with ourselves, each other, and our communities."
This gallery is my brief interaction with the meditative and intimate project, which, with very little context, communicates something profound about the anonymous writers.

Hi, Greg! These photos are great! I never knew they existed. Touched to read your description of the project -- simple but intimate, moving with minimal context -- that was exactly what I was going for. Happy to hear it landed for you.
