14 Days In January, 2014 - Charles River, Cambridge, MA, USA
What a difference a day can make…
These photographs span the fourteen days. From the river, practically beneath my feet, to the horizon, to the moon. Sometimes only a vertical view can encompass it all.
This body of work was made along the Cambridge side of the Charles River over a period of fourteen days in January 2014. This is an outgrowth of my previous work along this same stretch of the River, exploring variations in light, color texture and mood. As in the previous project, it is inspired by Hokusai’s series of woodblock prints, 36 Views of Mount Fuji.
